Perishable & Consumable Products
Due to health and safety regulations, most products sold on Casepack.ca are non-returnable.

are sold on a final sale basis.

Best Before & Short-Dated Products
Some products may be offered at discounted prices due to shorter shelf life or proximity to their best-before date.
Best-before dates indicate peak quality, not product safety.
All Best Before Bargain products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds based on best-before dates that are clearly disclosed on the product listing.
