When you arrive, drive to the back of the building and proceed to the receiving area. Park near Dock 4 and ring the doorbell — a member of our team will assist you.
Pickup Hours Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Closed weekends and holidays.
When will my order be ready? Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST are typically ready the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST are usually ready the next business day.
Note: Some products — mainly beverages and liquid items — are stored at a nearby secondary warehouse and may take up to 2 additional business days to become available for pickup. Your order will be held until everything is ready.
Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email before arriving. Orders will not be released until this email has been sent.
What to bring: Your order confirmation email or order number, and a valid photo ID.
Shipping — Ontario & Quebec
Shipping is calculated on your order subtotal before tax.

- $20 flat rate on orders under $149.99
Rates are applied automatically at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing. Occasionally 3 business days depending on destination and carrier.
Shipping — Rest of Canada
For all provinces outside Ontario and Quebec, shipping is calculated by total shipment weight and applied automatically at checkout.
- 0 – 29.99 kg: $30
- 30 – 89.99 kg: $50
- 90 – 200 kg: $100
- 200 – 400 kg: $150
- 400 kg and up: $300
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing. We do not currently ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut through standard checkout.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST are processed the following business day.
Beverages & liquid items: These products are stored at a nearby secondary warehouse and may require up to 2 additional business days before shipment. If your order contains both standard and beverage items, everything ships together once all items are ready.
Orders may ship in multiple cartons depending on size. Large-volume and pallet orders may require separate freight arrangements — contact us at hello@casepack.ca.
Carriers
We ship using Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Canada Post, and regional carriers. Carrier selection is automatic — specific carriers and shipping speeds cannot be requested at checkout.
