Where We Come From
For over two decades, our team has supplied local grocery stores, restaurants, and businesses across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area with everyday grocery and household essentials. Through direct partnerships with leading manufacturers and distributors, we built access to a large catalogue of products Canadians already know and rely on.
Casepack.ca is our step into direct-to-consumer ecommerce — bringing that same wholesale network online so anyone can order at case pricing without needing a membership, a commercial account, or a minimum order.
Launching an online grocery platform isn't straightforward. Grocery distribution moves quickly — constantly changing inventory, best before dates, case sizes, and new product launches. Before going live, we spent significant time building the systems and processes needed to make bulk ecommerce fast, reliable, and efficient. Behind the website is a team that has been operating in the grocery supply chain for over 20 years.

Our Warehouses
Casepack operates two warehouse locations in the Greater Toronto Area to serve our customers efficiently.
Brampton Fulfillment Warehouse — Main Location 321 Parkhurst Square, Receiving — Loading Dock 4 Brampton, ON L6T 5H5
This is our primary fulfillment location where the majority of our products are picked, packed, and shipped. All pickup orders are collected here.
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Closed weekends and holidays.
Vaughan Warehouse — Bulk Beverages & Water Our Vaughan location handles bulk beverage inventory including bottled water, cases, and pallets. Products stored here are transferred to our Brampton warehouse before fulfillment.
Orders containing beverages may require up to 1 additional business day for transfer before shipping or pickup. If your order contains both beverage and non-beverage items, everything ships together once the transfer is complete.
