Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We ship from our Brampton, Ontario warehouse using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post, and other national providers.

Shipping carriers are automatically selected by Casepack based on destination and operational efficiency. Customers cannot choose a specific carrier at checkout.

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces, excluding:

• Nunavut
• Northwest Territories
• Yukon

Ontario & Quebec Shipping Rates

Shipping within Ontario and Quebec is based on order value.

Rest of Canada Shipping

For all provinces outside Ontario and Quebec, shipping is calculated by total shipment weight and applied automatically at checkout.

  • 0 – 29.99 kg: $30
  • 30 – 89.99 kg: $50
  • 90 – 200 kg: $100
  • 200 – 400 kg: $150
  • 400 kg and up: $300

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing. We do not currently ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut through standard checkout.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (EST) are generally processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) are typically processed the next business day.

Some products, primarily beverages and certain liquid items, are stored at a nearby secondary warehouse and must be transferred to our main fulfillment warehouse before shipping.

These items may require up to 2 additional business days before shipment.

If your order contains both standard items and transfer items, the order may be held until all items are available for fulfillment.

Pickup Option (Brampton, Ontario)

Customers may choose free local pickup from our Brampton warehouse.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (EST) are typically ready the same business day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) are usually ready the next business day.

Orders containing items stored at our secondary warehouse may require up to 2 additional business days before pickup.

Customers must wait for the “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email before arriving.

Pickup instructions and location details are provided once the order is ready.


Case-Based Shipping

Whenever possible, products are shipped in their original manufacturer cases to minimize packaging and reduce waste.


Best Before Bargains

Products in our Best Before Bargains section include clearly marked best-before dates and are final sale.

Items may ship in mixed boxes or original manufacturer packaging depending on availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email hello@casepack.ca within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Your email must include:

• Your order number
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

Only the affected items will be refunded or replaced.


Address Errors & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

If tracking shows the order as Delivered, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.

Casepack.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.


Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Refused deliveries without prior written approval will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

Orders returned because they were unclaimed at the carrier’s pickup location are not eligible for refund.

Reshipment requests require repayment of shipping costs.


Delayed Deliveries

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

We cannot provide refunds for delays caused by:

• weather conditions
• seasonal shipping volume
• carrier operational issues
• other circumstances beyond our control


Perishable & Weather-Sensitive Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries promptly.

We are not liable for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or delays.

Certain products may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit:

• chocolate and candy may melt in hot weather
• beverages and liquid products may freeze in cold temperatures

While we pack products carefully, we cannot guarantee against temperature-related damage during shipping.

Products affected by heat or cold during transit are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Final Decision

Casepack.ca reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements or is deemed fraudulent after review.
